The Procoss upright features classic truncated-cone slots which engage the Proclip through their paired. Purpose-developed V-interlocks guarantee seamless interconnection. In the basic system, the end frames with Proclip and the shelving, together with the base plinth and the rear cross braces, offer perfectly balanced tensile and compressive properties which guarantee robustness, stability and durability.

L’acciaio impiegato per la realizzazione dei ripiani è di tipo DC01 con carico uniforme minimo di snervamento di 140 N/qmm.
Il prodotto viene ricavato da lamiera piana mediante scantonatura, piegatura e saldatura finale.
L’acciaio impiegato per la realizzazione di questo elemento di sicurezza è del tipo DC 01 e viene ricavato tramite stampaggio da coils.
L’acciaio impiegato per la realizzazione dei ganci Proclip è di tipo DD11. Il prodotto viene ricavato da coils mediante stampaggio e successivamente zincato a caldo.
L’acciaio impiegato per la realizzazione dei montanti è di tipo strutturale certificato 3.1, S235 JR, con carico unitario minimo di snervamento di 235 N/ qmm o 275 N/qmm su richiesta.
Il prodotto viene ricavato da coils, mediante stampaggio e profilatura a freddo e successiva saldatura.
Due aste zincate sagomate ricavate da coils, materiale DX S1-Z200 fungono da controventatura a seconda la destinazione sismica.
